What mean IP Restriction? And how I can use it?

Firstly, IP Restriction, as its name indicates it, can be used to restrict the access to certain IP on your FTP Server.
You indicate the IP. You select if this IP is to Deny or Allow and click you on Add. You can also put a range of IP which you want Deny/Allow
Example: 192.168.1. *
You can also make just some IP can connect by proceeding in this follow way:
Deny: 192.1. *
Allow: 192.1.50.5 *
This will allow has all IP start with 192.1.50.5X to connect.
Note: All the IP in Deny will pass before those to allow.
So, if you indicate these IP in Deny 192.168.1.1 and Allowing 192.168. *, well 192.168.1.1 will never be able to connect.
